App availability

Fasti is prepared for iPhone and Android release under bundle ID com.getfasti.app. App Store and Google Play links will be added here when the store listings are approved. For review access, contact support@getfasti.com.

Common questions

How do I import a schedule? Tap +Import, then choose a photo, screenshot, PDF or paste text. Fasti reads it, fills in the events, and you confirm them.

An import missed something. You can edit or add any event by hand, and re-import a clearer image. Crisp, well-lit screenshots work best.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Manage them in App Store → your name → Subscriptions (iPhone) or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions (Android). You keep access until the end of the paid period.

How do refunds work? Purchases go through the App Store and Google Play, so refunds are handled by them under their policies. We're happy to help you through it.

Will my data sync between phones? Only if you sign in and enable cloud backup. Otherwise everything stays on the device you created it on.

How do I delete my data? In-app, go to Settings → Delete all data. To delete a cloud account entirely, see Delete your account & data.

Privacy & terms

Read our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Account Deletion page. Short version: your schedule stays on your device by default, imports are discarded after processing, location is used only for location-based features you allow, and we never sell your data or use it for advertising.
