Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Fasti app ("Fasti", "we", "us"). By using Fasti you agree to them.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Fasti on devices you own or control, for your own scheduling and study planning.

If you download Fasti from the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to the applicable store terms and platform rules.

2. Subscriptions & billing

• Fasti offers a free tier and paid Plus and Pro subscriptions (monthly or yearly).
• Paid subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account in the app. Prices are shown before purchase.
• Eligible introductory offers, when available, are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing period. Manage or cancel through the App Store or Google Play.
• Except where required by law or provider policy, payments are non-refundable. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

3. Acceptable use & Community Rules

Before first posting social content under the current Community Rules, you must accept these rules in the app. You must not post, send, name, or share content that:

• harasses, bullies, threatens, stalks, or encourages violence or self-harm;
• promotes hatred or dehumanization based on a protected characteristic;
• sexually exploits anyone, depicts or solicits sexual content involving minors, or facilitates grooming;
• impersonates another person, scams, spams, distributes malware, or coordinates illegal activity;
• reveals someone else's private or sensitive information without permission;
• infringes intellectual-property or other rights; or
• attempts to evade safety checks, blocks, account restrictions, usage limits, or security controls.

You also may not reverse engineer the service, automatically scrape our AI endpoints, or upload content you do not have the right to use.

4. Social safety and moderation

Fasti may automatically check social posts and may review reported profiles, messages, groups, related context, and relevant account history. We may refuse or remove content; limit messaging, groups, invitations, or sharing; preserve evidence; suspend or terminate accounts; and contact appropriate authorities where necessary to protect users or comply with law.

Use the in-app Report action for a person, message, or group. Reports are confidential but are not anonymous to Fasti. The reported account is not told who reported it unless disclosure is legally required. Use Block to stop direct contact. Existing content in a shared group may remain visible. For help or an appeal, email getfasti.support@gmail.com. We prioritize credible threats, child-safety concerns, and other urgent risks.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the schedules, notes, messages, group details, and other content you create. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, display to your intended recipients, filter, review, and preserve that content as needed to operate and safeguard the app, enforce these Terms, and comply with law. 6. Permissions & data use

Features such as schedule imports, commute estimates, notifications, calendar sync, and cloud backup may require you to provide content or grant device permissions. These features are optional and are explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. AI output

Fasti uses AI to read schedules and suggest plans. AI output can be imperfect — always review extracted events and suggestions before relying on them. We're not liable for missed events or errors resulting from unreviewed AI output.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using Fasti and delete your account at any time (Settings → Account sync → Delete account). We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the changes.
